Market Quarter is a new build residential scheme providing 360 apartments for the private rental sector in Rugby's Market Quarter.

The scheme includes a mixture of 175 one-bed and 185 two-bed apartments spread across four seperate blocks, with public open space providing new wildlife habitats.
