The renovation of 105 - 107 Beach Road, South Shields has been completed by South Tyneside Homes. The project was a mixture of 4 and 3 bedroom apartments providing affordable homes through South Tyneside Housing Ventures.

The project involved the conversion of the former building into modern residential apartments, providing much-needed affordable housing in the South Shields area.
