One Centre Square has been certified under the WiredScore certification scheme; which is an internationally recognised IT connectivity rating scheme, which aims to help landlord’s future-proof their properties by providing the only certification for digital infrastructure and connectivity.
The scheme assesses the building in terms of overall master planning for connecting internet, TV and mobile into the building; the building infrastructure in supporting digital connectivity; and the quality, range and flexibility of services available to tenants.
The building achieved a score of 91 out of 100 and achieved the highest possible PLATINUM rating.
Internet connectivity is essential to tenant experience, and the trend towards smart building technology means that a building must demonstrate its ability to meet the demands of the next generation of businesses and their IT needs.
