2 St James' Gate, Newcastle

Clark Degnan were appointed by a private landlord to develop the energy efficiency retrofit MEP RIBA Stage 3 design, with the aim of reducing the existing energy use and carbon footprint of the offices and improve the Energy Performance rating from a D to a B rating.

The project includes the replacement and upgrade of existing comfort cooling systems, internal lighting, mechanical ventilation, automatic controls, and energy metering and monitoring systems.
