The landlord struck a deal with Advanced Engineering to deliver a turnkey refurbishment of the existing building to allow them to consolidate several of their existing buildings into one modern manufacturing facility.

The works included the expansion of existing office space within the building and replacement of the existing office glazing system.

Advanced are a worldwide leader in fire safety systems, and the building would provide them with both headquarter offices and large manufacturing and storage facilities.

Clark Degnan Consulting Engineers were appointed by Ashall Property to develop the MEP performance brief for the refurbishment works.

Following award of the contract to Robertson Construction, Clark Degnan were then appointed to carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractor detailed design.
