Clark Degnan were appointed by the Design and Build contractor; Howard Russell Construction Ltd to provide MEP Sub Contractor detailed design from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.

The building was designed to achieve industry best practice in sustainable design and achieved an A rated Energy Performance Certificate and achieved a very high standard of air tightness.

The building services installation included VRF heat recovery heating and comfort cooling, MVHR, and LED lighting with automatic daylight and occupancy control.
