Clark Degnan were appointed by Siemens plc. to develop the RIBA Stage 2 and 3 Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineering design and monitor the Contractor design and installation.

The project forms part of Siemens Net Zero Carbon strategy, and full electrification of the site.
